Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the booking, rescheduling, and cancellation of treatments with Suzique. By booking a treatment with Suzique, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings
1.1. All new bookings require a £10 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
1.2. Repeat clients who have previously received treatments from Suzique will not be required to pay a deposit for their appointments.
2. Re-Scheduling Your Treatment
2.1. New clients who have paid the £10 deposit and wish to re-schedule their appointment must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the original booking.
2.2. If the client provides more than 48 hours’ notice for re-scheduling, their credit will be valid for 2 months from the date of the original booking.
2.3. Re-scheduling an appointment can be done up to two times without any penalty.
2.4. If a client reschedules their appointment more than twice, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the relevant cancellation policy will apply (see section 3).
3. Cancellations
3.1. Any cancellations made after 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the booked treatment.
3.2. The cancellation fee must be paid via a payment link that will be sent to the client.
3.3. If the client has paid the £10 deposit at the time of booking, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the client.
3.4. Repeat clients who have not paid a deposit will be required to pay the cancellation fee in full.
4. Late Arrivals
4.1. Suzique understands that unforeseen circumstances may cause clients to arrive late for their scheduled appointment.
4.2. If a client arrives late for their appointment, Suzique will make every effort to accommodate them within the remaining time slot. However, the treatment may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients with subsequent bookings.
5. No-Shows
5.1. A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
5.2. Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the booked treatment.
6. Treatment Suitability and Health Conditions
6.1. Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions, allergies, or medical concerns before receiving a treatment from Suzique.
6.2. Suzique reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for the client’s health or medical condition.
7. Payment Methods
7.1. Payment for deposits, cancellations fees, and treatments can be made via the accepted payment methods specified by Suzique at the time of booking.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1. Suzique reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be available on Suzique’s website or provided upon request.
